Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer shop pay using all major payment methods as well as PayPal.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at leatherettelane@gmail.com. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via leatherettelane@gmail.com we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. Returns information can be found under the returns tab in our FAQ.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch general orders within 2-5 working days (monday-friday)*. Orders which include embroidery or personalised items we aim to dispatch within 7-14 days. Our printed signage which we offer we do ask to allow upto 2-3 weeks for these to be designed, printed and then dispatched.

IF your order was during a promotion or event where you have used a discount code please allow from 1 - 4 weeks for your order to be dispatched as this will more than likely be during a period where we have an exceptionally high volume of orders and we are not as staffed as Amazon unfortunately. If this would cause you an issue, we recommend waiting until the promotion ends, or to purchase none promotion products as your order will be filtered and dispatched under our usual turnaround time frames.

For orders within the UK we expect your parcel to arrive within 1-3 working days once it has left our warehouse, usually via Royal Mail. However Royal Mail do request to allow up to 10 working days for them to get your parcel to you. Please contact us if your order has not been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

International parcels we expect to arrive within 14 working days, however this may fluctuate. Please contact us if your order has not been delivered according to the expected timescale.

*Please be aware, in times of excessive orders such as sales, new releases etc dispatch times may be extended.  We will always endeavour to post as quickly as possible but sometimes events like these will cause delays.

We currently only ship to the UK, we shall be offering worldwide shipping soon!

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order. You will have the option for 1st or 2nd class shipping and depending on order value you may have the option for tracked or standard shipping. FREE SHIPPING FOR UK ORDERS OVER £12.50

International Shipping

International shipping temporarily suspended - will be available ASAP

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you want an alternative product, please return your item and place a new order. 

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, it must be within 14 days of you recieving it.

Please note we are not responsible for returns which go missing in the post, so we recommend you use a tracked service. The cost of returns postage and packaging is the customers responsibility. 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via leatherettelane@gmail.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
