We love our felties and embroidery and have a huge selection available.  All embroidery will arrive uncut , you just need to trim off with a sharp pair of scissors around the outer stitching - very simple to do.
Top Tip, if its difficult to see the stitches turn the feltie over and cut around the backside.

Fabric Roll Hints & Tips

Fabric rolls are a great way to use border designs, however we all know that once you put your fabric onto the die its difficult to actually view if the positioning is absolutely correct, so I thought I'd share how I do mine,

You first of all need to make a template of the die you wish to use out of cardboard, paper or leatherette which can be used again and again.

  1. Draw round the template you wish to use and cut it out so it's an exact copy.
  2. Description
  3. Place the template you cut out exactly positioned onto the die and cut it out. Discard the cut out pieces.
  4. Description
  5. Place your die onto the plate in position ready to go through. Put your fabric roll onto the die, and place your template over the top.  Gently move around your fabric roll careful not to move the position of the template, until you are happy with the position.
  6. Description
  7. IMPORTANT - remove the template then carefully run through the die machine.  You don't want to knock it out of position which is easy not to do if you set it up ready in the previous step
  8. You now have a perfectly cut out bow from a fabric roll

1. Make all the rivet holes with your tool following the dots on the wallet.  There are 18 to make

2. Fold along fold 1 and connect the 2 holes which are marked A with a rivet. Then do the same with the B holes on the other side.

3. Fold along fold 2 then match the 3 x C holes add a rivet, and do the same with the 3 x D, E, F and G marks.

4. Tighten all the rivets with hammer - if not already done.

5. Attach a kam snap on the closing flap

6. it’s a good idea to place the finished wallet under something heavy overnight to flatten the folds
